Non-traditional, fun Thanksgiving out for 2-4 people? (That one can still book reservations for?)

OK, so we haven't exactly planned in advance this year. If you had a small group or were just a couple out for a fun meal on Thanksgiving and wanted to avoid the traditional stuff, where would you consider going that you think a) would be open and b) you could still get reservations for?

Failing this I suppose I will go over and post on the 'cooking at home' board.

We are doing Triumphal Palace for Chinese, as is another Chowhound I know of. I'm sure they and many of the other larger Chinese places still have reservations, as we just made ours for 16 a few days ago.

For an interesting non-traditional meal, maybe the places in Little Ethiopia would do? I tried to check out the Meals by Genet (my favorite place on that strip) webpage to see if they had anything to say about Thanksgiving, but their webpage has been hacked.

Still, it could be worth calling around Little Ethiopia, Messob, Nyala, Meals by Genet, Rahel, etc. to see if you could go that route. Sounds like a nice Thanksgiving-y meal - give thanks that living in LA means you can choose between great Thai, Ethiopian, 12 kinds of regional Mexican, 12 kinds of regional Chinese food etc.!
