Looking for suggestions on how to reinvent some leftover lamb chops from tonight's dinner.
Gyros. Cut them off the bone and slice thin! Warm them in a pan with some sauteed onions and pop 'em in a pita! Yogurt, lemon, & chopped cucumber are the ingredients in tzatziki sauce.
I think I would slice the meat, let it come to room temperature (not heat so the meat doesn't get overcooked) and eat with a delicious mint jelly or chutney.
