I believe she went at dinner, but according to SF Citysearch, Skipjack is open for lunch during the week. It's not sushi per se, but they use a lot of raw fish in their salads, rice bowls, sandwiches and a lot of the dishes are really interesting and tasty....Plus, they are definitely open for lunch.
