Sushi lunch options in the Cow Hollow/Union Street area?

I'm looking for some good sushi (rolls and nigiri) in the Cow Hollow/Union Street area. Someplace that's open for lunch. Thanks in advance for your help.

You might also consider going to Pacific Catch on Chestnut Street. It's not sushi per se, but they use a lot of raw fish in their salads, rice bowls, sandwiches and a lot of the dishes are really interesting and tasty....Plus, they are definitely open for lunch.

I have not been there myself, so I can't give a first-hand report, but a friend of mine enjoyed a recent meal she had at Skipjack Sushi, which is in Cow Hollow. I believe she went at dinner, but according to SF Citysearch, Skipjack is open for lunch during the week.

        Thanks shortexact,
I'll report back if we end up going there tomorrow!

I haven't been there either. But having walked by a couple times, it would be one that looks like it might be worth trying. I've lusted over the stellar sake list put together by Beau Timken.

I do not think there are any good sushi place open at lunch around there. Curious if someone knows of something. The places I like for lunch are:
Grandeho's Kamekyo in my hood-cole valley
          Koo- Irving Street/6th street
          Blow Fish- Potrero Hill

            Thanks Lori,
Unfortunately, I won't be able to travel to any of those neighborhoods tomorrow. I loved Grandeho's back when I lived in the Haight years ago. Nice to hear it's still good!
