A report of my visit: they have a slew of pressed sandwiches, and a few cold sandwichs, along with a few salads and other things like hummus. I had a mozzarella, tomato and basil pressed sandwich, which was tasty -- lots of good basil flavor. Sandwiches come with salad, potato salad or chips. The salad has a fantastic dressing on it, and I would go back just for a salad.
Two pots of tea and a slice of lemon poppyseed cake later, I was overall happy with Tealuxe as a fairly quiet cafe for a light dinner.

In all fairness, I think the food at Tealuxe is decent - I actually quite enjoy their tuna sandwich (nothing earth shattering, but a lot of good tuna salad in a fresh pita with lots of veggies, and potato chips!), and for $7, it's definitely one of the most affordable options in the area (and great when they had the outdoor tables set up). I can split the tuna sandwich with a friend, and we each get tea, and it's cheap and satisfying, and we get the Newbury St people watching experience.
