I have dinner plans for Valentine's Day and they include reservations at both of the listed restaurants. I can obviously only keep one reservation so I would like to know which place is better in everyone's opinion and what makes that restaurant standout? -- Thanks

We actually had the Valentine's dinner at Bay Wolf a few years ago, and it was excellent. I was particularly impressed at the stamina of the staff, since we came in late without a reservation on surely one of the busiest nights of the year. They were charming and attentive as ever, and the food was entirely up to Bay Wolf's usual high standards.

I also love Citron, and my last meal there was even better than I had remembered from previous visits.

I guess if I had to choose, I'd go for Bay Wolf, simply because it's more spacious and comfortable, and the wait staff are in a different league.
