CHEF'S TASTING MENU (different than the Reg Tasting Menu) 110-ea approx

The website lists a 5-course tasting and a "full" tasting. I have heard reports on a 14+ course tasting, would that be the chef's? I am going soon and would like the full experience.

I highly recommend the tasting menu, which for us has proved less expensive than ordering a la carte particularly because of wine cost--the wine list is pretty pricey, yet the wine pairings with the tasting menu are a great value ($30/person). The one or two times we did not do the tasting menu, we regretted it. Enjoy! (and post a report if you don't mind :)

I second the tasting menu. Best way to go..yummy and filling, and it gives you the chance to sample a lot of dishes.

Third the recommendation for the tasting menu with wine pairings. My visit to Providence earlier this year was probably my most memorable meal of 2006.
