Refried beans to go?

So I'm making langostino ala diabla, but for me the real treat will be swiping up some frijoles with fresh tortillas and some of that hot sauce. But I'm to damn lazy to mash a bunch of pinto beans etc.

Where can I buy some great refried beans to go? If they also sell fresh torts that's a bonus. Guacamole too I guess.

Mexi-Catessan in Monterey Park has excellent refried beans to go and they sell by the quart or pint. It is one of the few places that my dear abuelita approved of. Great stuff

And Vallarta's guacamole and pico de gallo (and other salsas) are also good - wash it down with some horchata!

Go to Vallarta Market...they're all over. Really good beans and homemade tortillas...can't beat it.

Thanks for finding that link. There aren't any really close, but when I am near one I will check out the beans & tortillas. Always on the lookout for excellent beans & tortillas. Luckily they aren't scarce in these parts.
