Lucques tomorrow night - are short ribs the way to go?
The short ribs are indeed a great choice for a first-timer. Suzanne Goin also does amazing things with chicken, veal and fish. On the current menu, the brandade and the soup are terrific appetizers. I have not had the latest fish, but her fish is always exemplary. The veal chop is incredible. And though I have not had the latest incarnation, the last time she had rabbit on the menu, it was one of the best dishes I have ever eaten. Let us know what you think.
