Sushi Making Class/Healthy Cooking Class
Does anyone know of any good sushi making classes or healthy cooking classes in the New York City area? Thanks!
The culinary part of the New School has this course, which I think they're trying to do twice a year. Its by the lady who wrote "Sushi for Dummies":

selecting and using appropriate kitchen tools and equipment, especially knives
handling and preparation of the condiments and ingredients used in sushi making
professional cutting techniques for a wide variety of fish, vegetables, and garnishes
techniques for making pressed, scattered, rolled, pillowed, and hand-roll sushi
the importance of presentation.
