I had this snack in Asakusa but does anyone know the name of it? I ate it and thought it was pretty good but can someone tell me what I ate?
That is "nuresembei". Osembei are crispy rice crackers. "Nureteiru" means soaking wet. These osembei rice crackers are drenched in soy sauce.
Most likely it was ooey, gooey and chewy?
