However, as someone who knows that a glass of blue label can cost $25 in some SF bars, maybe it is not as bad value as it seems, especially with all of the tastings and single malts that will be on offer. I am just not sure I will appreciate it fully, or whether my brain would be functioning any longer after about an hour of wee sips of this Scotch and that. You drink little bits of some of the best whisky. It does seem a shame to only have a little sip before going on to the next. There was plenty of food at the buffet. And a Scottish bagpiper to provide some musical entertainment. We didn't go to any of the classes but still enjoyed the event without becoming tipsy!
