I make my own from salt-cod. Really not difficult. Just a matter of desalinizing the cod with several soaks and water changes. Grind and combine with a mashed potato or not, seasonings. You can Google up any number of recipes. I find a final dusting in corn starch before frying as cakes or deep frying as balls a great step to make them golden brown. A squeee of lemon or a good tartar suace are welcome additions. I have bought the similar things in an Asian market to warm up. They also seem to have sdome green onion and maybe a bit of ginger. Play until you have what you are looking for. It is not rocket science, very easy to do.
PS, I live in Bloomington, IN. If I can get them in Asian groceries and find them passable you must be able to find them somewhere but homemade is really superior.

Hi. I saw these old posts as I was searching for fishball recipes myself. I am Chinese and I grew up eating fried fishballs made from minced shark meat, scallions, ginger, salt and white pepper. Yum! Your recipe sounds good too. I'd stay away from store-bought prefab fishballs which are full of chemicals & MSG.
