Leftover grilled roma tomatoes

I have about 9 leftover grilled tomatoes from Persian takeout we had for dinner last night. What can I do with them? Sauce? Salsa? Anything that will freeze?

  1. you cold make tomato sauce for pasta, or salsa with some charred peppers, or chop them up and put them in omelets.

    1. Tomato sandwiches. Or add cheese and grill them.

      1. Put them through a food mill, and freeze for pasta sauce. When you reheat, add some herbs, olive oil, a garlic clove (remove), S&P.
        I am all about roasted tomato sauce this year!
