Check out this recent post from yesterday...should give you a start.
Doing all the sides and trimmings is the hard part...making the turkey is the easiest. Costco even has a fully cooked smoked turkey(in the frozen section) that is pretty good...all you have to do is thaw it out and warm it up.

Gelson's in the Palisades maybe the best market all things considered in L.A. They have several complete Turkey dinners for Thanksgiving but under the ala carte section they list Perepared Turkeys (solo) for Christmas & New Years only. Why that is I'm not sure; just give them a call & ask.

Check out Clementine in Century City. Not sure if they do the bird but the, soups, sides and desserts for sure.

Clementine's does not do the bird, but they do everything else including gravy...they have their Thanksgiving offerings on their website..click on menus to see what they offer for Thanksgiving.

Joan's on Third does do the bird...click on Holiday Menus

There is also a Gelson's in Century City.

Whole Foods and Bristol Farms also do Thanksgiving meals.

Someone on another thread mentioned Koo Koo Roo (I checked the website and they do birds/sides and birds only, small and large, but small only available at certain locations. Closest to WLA is in Beverly Hills. And then, there is Marie Callendar's in West Los Angeles.
