I spend a lot of time in the Huntington Beach area and would appreciate some good recs for breakfast burritos. Since I live close to Pasadena, I've been spoiled with places like Lucky Boy, Top's, and Hi-Life Burgers and haven't found anything remotely close in quality in this part of town. Thanks in advance!

Taqueria El Granjenal next door in Costa Mesa makes a good one. Eggs, bacon, ham and chorizo. I skip the chorizo and add cheese for a few cents more. You can ask to add potato too, which I believe is no charge.

Have you tried any of the good Mexican restaurants in HB for their Spanish-style breakfast burritos? If not I would recommend Marios Fiesta Maya on Beach Blvd, which opens at 8:00am. What other places in HB have you tried and found disappointing?

Figured I'd resurrect this thread. I love the breakfast burritos at Beach Burgers (formerly Bravo Burger) on Beach Blvd and Garfield. I get them about twice a week. They are huge and delicious. The trick is to get them to put their hot homemade salsa inside the burrito. Darn, now I'm getting hungry. . .

Do you know if the menu or food has changed since the change from Bravo to Beach Burgers? Do they still have the neat Elvis Presley/50's decor inside?

Everything seems to be the same. I'm not even sure if there was an ownership change or just a name change. I've been getting the Breakfast Burritos right through and have not noticed any difference.
