Good food, really good beer, sports on the t.v., and kid friendly

Hey so where do you guys think is the best place to watch a football game (Cal v. USC) without a kid-friendly criteria? The big thing is a decent TV set-up and decent/reasonably priced food.

What about Barclay's? Definitely kid-friendly, tons of beers, a couple TVs. The food is a little more hit-or-miss, but not bad for what it is. I like the chili.

Barclays is perfect. Luka's has lots of TVs, but they're mostly in the bar area (which only has seats at the bar and on taller tables), so I don't know if that would work with kids.

Pacific Coast Brewery isn't really all that kid friendly. I've never seen kids in there. Seems more like a good after work sort of place.

Pyramid Ale House is kid friendly. They have a kids menu and provide crayons, etc. The TV situation however is close to unwatchable. The ones around the bar are too high and the main projecter has a weak image and they NEVER play sound.

T-Rex BBQ in Berkeley fits the bill, as long as you sit near a television.
Does Luka's have a TV w/sports? They certainly qualify as great beer, great food, kid friendly.

I love Luka's, but it's not good for sports-watching. I was there during the playoffs and they didn't even have the game on (at least the A's weren't playing).

Lanesplitter's sometimes full of kids at dinner hour. The San Pablo location has TVs. I'm not sure the Telegraph one does.

Is Triple Rock kid-friendly? Maybe I haven't been there at that time of day.

The san pablo location's TV is fairly small, seen only from the bar seats which aren't kid friendly, and almost always tuned to motorycycle racing. Other than that....

While we are in Berkeley how is Meridian on the kid friendly angle? Presented closed but supposedly opening in September with a new 110 inch projector screen which should be visible across the room.

Meridian didn't seem very kid friendly to me.

I wonder if the new Lanesplitter has TV. From what I've seen driving by, it's big and airy and maybe less "adult" than the other locations.
