A very controversial question! Susur is a celebrity chef and prices accordingly. I have been once, also paid about $200pp and while I am glad I went once to see what the fuss is about, I left a little hungry (5 course menu of very small dishes), and felt like we had been condescended to by the wait staff. They seated us at a table next to another couple in an empty restaurant, and rushed us through the meal to ensure we would be gone by the next seating. For $200pp I expect to be treated much better than we were.
This was about 2 years ago so perhaps things have improved. Or your experience might differ if you seem like the types that might return.
So was it worth it? Glad I did it, but I would not return (unless someone else was paying).
