The World Buffet in Mercerville is marvelous. I have been eating Chinese food for at least fifty years and this place often serves up the real thing.
Almost every time that I go there I find something that I haven't had before. Lunch does not quite offer so much (no Peking duck and a smaller selection of sushi), but is still very good.
If you like oysters and clam, they have them as well as the somewhat ubiquitous green-lipped mussels.
I sometimes think that most Chinese buffets are supplied by a central kitchen located in Kansas (the geographical center of the lower 48) which makes mediocre food in large quantities.
The World Buffet is a real exception to all the others.

Lunchtime buffet at Sunny Garden in Princeton/West Windsor on RTE 1 has very few options, but all are wonderfully prepared. Uniformly delicious. If you like quantity of options, though, this isn't the place for you.
I really don't like Chinese food buffets generally, but I love this one.
My wife and I keep going back (almost weekly) to China Grill Buffet in Hillsborough on Route 206, in Hillsborough Promonade near the Triangle Road intersection. In a strip mall with a Hollywood Video, a mattress place, and an almost always empty Saladworks.
Lois heads for the stir fry section for veggies and the poached salmon along with some sushi. I go for the sushi, great fatty duck when they have it, the usual "bright red meat", quite good spring rolls, the broccoli from the chicken and broccoli. And we both go for the hot and salty fried squid and the u-serve ice cream.
Second place is one on Main St in Somerville, but it's been a while since we've been there since the Hillsborough place opened up.
