Has always loved to bake, and is also becoming a great little cook- she is even thinking about culinary school! Anyway, This past weekend, I bought her some fondant to try her hand with. I have never used this, and I did not buy the special fondant rolling pins. I think we will probably start with a two tier cake, cover with the fondant, and she also wants to use the fondant to make a big ribbon on the cake. The fondant is white, and I also bought some kind of colored powder to tint it. Does anyone have any tips or suggestions?
