"The Avenue Grille", a good bet!
Thanks "MCSlim", "Twenty" and "Peg". T.A.G. Worked out great for a casual, no fuss week night dinner. Daily Special pan fried haddock with roasted peppers, artichoke hearts, spinach and rice pilaf was as good and fresh as you'll get at any neighborhood spot. Others had crab cakes (decent), and shrimp scampi over angel (a little light on the garlic), but otherwise satisfying. Good bread and seasoned oil for dipping. Meatball with cheese app. was tasty.
Reasonably priced and good winelist (but short). Make sure you have a slice of homemade cake for dessert. Just like mother used to make.
We'll be going back real soon. Enjoy!
