Help! All I'm seeing when I click on a Boards entry is the initial message, none of the follow-ups. It's been like this for 2 days or so....Anybody else having a problem?

I have the same problem here. I am a new user and just assumed it's because I have an old mac with an old operating system. Wish I could read the 5 replies you received to see what this is all about. Oh well..... will just keep reading the questions (heavy sigh) till the new mac comes in a few weeks. This looks like a great website.

Did this non-support for IE 5 just start? My problem started within the last week or so..I have a Mac running 9.2 so I don't even know if that will support IE 6? Any alternatives for me as Chowhound is one of my everyday stops!

Changes that have been made to the site recently (there are always minor changes happening) may have caused your problem. Have you considered using Firefox or Safari instead of Internet Explorer as your browser? You should be able to get a more recent version of those that will work.

Hi folks. You'll need to upgrade your browser to at least IE 6, we don't support IE 5. Better yet, just use Safari on OS X or Firefox 2.0 on Windows.

That was happening to me too - I was on Explorer, so I just switched to Safari and it is working fine on it. I don't know if it matters, but I have a mac.
