Boiled peanuts anywhere in NYC???

I was down in Savannah, GA recently and discovered boiled peanuts. Is there anywhere to get them in New York City? Or are there ways of making your own? Finding raw, unroasted peanuts is the challenge. Any ideas?

You might also try Japanese restaurants. I have eaten at some sushi places (in California) that serve boiled peanuts as a start to the meal.

Thanks! I guess I could've just done a search on "boiled" or "bald" (as you southerners DO say in Georgia) here and found the answers. I guess I'm not alone in this quest!

I order them from Nuts Online. They are cheap and taste close enough to the kind boiled in an oil barrel at the gas station to make me happy.

Raw peanuts are sold all over Chinatown at many of the vegetable stands.
