Non-traditional place for 2 for Thanksgiving, Chinese preferred

Baby Ruth Nov 8, 2006 11:58 PM

Looking for somewhere for "Thanksgiving" dinner. No fancy prix-fixes or big catering stuff. It's only me and my mom, and she doesn't get out of work till at least 7pm maybe as late as 8pm in Burbank. I tried Sea Harbour in Rosemeade but they're not open. Any suggestions appreciated. Thanks!

How about Chosun Galbi? Nothing could be further...except maybe...anything else!

You might want to try Full House in Arcadia. It's not that far from Burbank, and it's pretty good seafood and Cantonese dishes.

          Sorry, about that.

          Here you go ...

          MPV Seafood Restaurant
          1412 S. Garfield Ave.

i gotta say mpv is one of my favorite seafood places in the SGV. not to mention, they are one of the few restaurants that serve geoduck sashimi. mmmm!

I'm a little shocked that Sea Harbour would not be open for T-Day.

You might try 888, Ocean Star or MPV if you want to go the HK-style seafood restaurant route.
