Large Business Group Holiday Party - HELP!!!

I'm in charge of setting up our holiday party this year for our office. I'm new to the office and would love to make a GREAT impression. We have a group of 25 and want to meet for a 1:00 or 1:30 lunch. We have a budget of $100 per person including tax and gratuity. In the past we have gone to Buddakan and people enjoyed it. They also enjoyed 21. Help!!!!

You might check out Rae-- the new Daniel Stern restaurant at the Cira Center. Obviously, I haven't checked it out yet in person, but I did look into booking our holiday party there. Unfortunately, it was out of my budget, but would work for yours.
