Nice restaurant for business dinner--near Hyatt Regency DFW?

Hi All,
Pennsylvania hound here who has never been to Dallas and am seeking guidance. Can anyone point me in the direction of a good restaurant that can accomodate a group of 16 for a business dinner next week (during the week)? It was suggested that we book the private dining space at the Old Hickory Steakhouse in the Gaylord Texan, but unfortunately that is already taken. If anyone knows of any similar dining establishments that are located within 15 minutes of the Hyatt, and which preferably have private dining options, that would be great. Note, while we will likely be spending anywhere between $50-$100 a head for this dinner, the group will be dressed very informally, so anywhere that requires a jacket/tie is out.

Thanks in advance.

Give 62 Main in Colleyville a call. 817.605.0858
    Their web address is www.62mainrestaurant.com/index.html

I heard that there is actually a decent restauarant in the hotel. Maybe consider Cool River, Via Real or Pappas Bros. steakhouse. 62 Main is a great suggestion too. Maybe the new I Fratelli restaurant. I havent been so, I am not sure if it would be ok for this type of dinner.

Do you mean Mr. G's, the steakhouse? It's supposed to be pretty good and quite a well kept "secret" because it's INSIDE the airport and so gets little local city traffic.

you can try Ama Lur (also inside the Gaylord Texan)or basically anywhere downtown/uptown) -
Steel for sushi (has a private wine room)
Aurora (GREAT food, no dress code - also has a private wine room, but it's more like 150 a head)
Trulucks uptown is good - private room

Thanks for all of your suggestions. After hours of research it was decided that we wouldn't do a group dinner after all. However, I'm going to compile a list of restaurants near the hotel to give out at the meeting, so that participants can make their own choices regarding dinner, and I will include all of those restaurants listed above. Thanks for your help!
