PHO in downtown DC

Looking for a place to get quality PHO in downtown DC. Around the Penn Quarter Area...

    I know of only one place downtown for pho: it's a little Vietnamese place in Chinablock. Can't remember the name -- but it's on Sixth Street NW south of H, right near the Burma Restaurant.

    While it's not nearly as good as pho in NOVA it still hits the spot.

        I been to the little pho place next to the verizon center and it not all that great. I don't go there anymore. I've not found a place in DC yet. For lunch I've been driving from chinatown to Pho 75 on Wilson Blvd. Worth the drive.
