rehearsal dinner

I am from southern california and need big help on a place to hold rehearsal dinner. Preferably in the soho, west village area, $75.00/person, would be nice to have a private room. Any ideas?

    Not a specific recommendation, but take a look at this roundup as a resource:

    Select "Manhattan" from the neighborhoods to narrow it down a bit.

    I seem to remember Amex had a roundup somehwere of private dining spaces for meeting planners. Does anyone else know what I'm referring to?

      savoy --on prince street--upstairs
      'inoteca--has a wine cellar private room
      il buco--onbonmd street, also has cellar room

        How many people are you thinking of inviting to the dinner - that might help narrow it down - a lot of the restaurants in those areas are relatively small.

            Wallse has a back room that may work, but for the price point, it would depend upon the alchol consumption.
