Great but moderatey priced dining in, say, Flatiron?

Okay, several of us are meeting for dinner tomorrow night. We are coming from the following areas: Midtown west, Tibeca, Financial Dist, Upper East Side.

So...I thought a fair spot to meet would be somewhere around the Flatiron area. Looking for places that you highly reccomend. Any cuisine, just solid and not inexpensive, but not high-priced. The one place I thought of is Via Emilia...but I'm drawing a blank on others....any other thoughts?

  1. Via Emilia is a great idea. Giorgio's of Gramercy is another good bet.

    1. I would second Giorgio's of Gramercy. They accept reservations too. The food is terrific.
