Lunch Places Downtown Wilmington Delaware

I'm looking to discover Chowhound-worthy casual lunch spots in the business district (preferably within a 15 minute walk of the Amtrak station) of Wilmington.

The places I have discovered and liked so far:

1. Genenelle's on Market Street (on a corner one block south of he Grand Opera House) -- Carribbean food. Cafeteria style in front room, recently opened waitress served dining room in back. I really like this place, although they recently bumped their prices upward noticeably.

2. Panghat on 4th Street corner a block west of Delaware Tech -- Indian food. Decent lunch buffet for $7 per person. It's a small place, so the range of food they put out is not huge. But still enjoyable.

3. Riverfront Market -- The Italian place has decent soup and sandwiches. The Thai place is OK in a pinch, but not noteworthy.

4. Bernie's Tavern (a pub a block west of Amtrak station)-- burgers and curly fries are decent.

What places do YOU like in downtown Wilmington? Any great sandwich places? Pizza? Soul food? Burgers? Other?!

Thanks!

Sugarfoot in the Nemours building and Corner Market in the Delaware Trust building are both good for a light lunch, coffee, pastry or so.

Genelle's has great vegetable curry, chicken curry, and really good Johnny Cakes. Fortunately I am blessed to be able to avoid downtown Wilmington most times, so I can't comment much on the other lunch offerings there.
