Peanut Butter Milkshake

liz1873 Nov 6, 2006 04:40 PM

Now that Zephyr is closed, I am on the hunt for a peanut butter and chocolate milkshake. Zephyr's shake contained actual peanut butter and could be made with chocolate ice cream on request. I am thinking of trying a shake made with Bobtail's peanut butter chocolate chip ice cream, but I'm open to any other recommendations. Thanks.

Moonstruck Chocolate Cafe at 320 N. Michigan makes a fabulous peanut butter and chocolate milkshake. http://www.moonstruckchocolate.com/Ch...

I've been on a chocolate + peanut butter kick for the past few weeks, so after reading this post I went to Moonstruck and ordered the peanut butter chocolate milkshake -- wow!

It was very, very rich and tasted like a liquefied Reeses (a good thing). I highly recommend it anyone who is serious about their chocolate and peanut butter.

If you're really having a craving for it, Courier Cafe in Urbana has a knockout one!

I don't know if Chopper's is still on Ashland, just north of North Ave... but if so, they make a chocolate and peanut butter milkshake. Real chocolate milkshake with a whacking big glob of peanut butter blended in.
