I enjoy their broth for the pho ga more than their pho tai. I guess I prefer the lighter chicken broth for the chicken pho and a heavier stock for beef pho. Also the slurpy, slippery pho noodles they use remind me more of chow fun noodles than the usual pho noodles. I just want to update that as of last Tuesday, there is only one option for pho ga. They no longer list the "intestines" version on the menu. Actually, it's covered over on the menu. What a shame. I'll miss it.
