However, it did seem more like risotto to me than the few paellas I've had before: it was cooked until pretty soft and was creamy. I think Esperpento and Picaro do fairly good paellas, though most on this board place the two in the "cheap, but just okay" category. The paellas there aren't as good as B44, I will say.
