I've checked the boards here and really have found nothing exciting. Please save me from fast food or chains. I'm looking for good local places that are reasonably priced. I won't have a car but will walk miles for great stuff (or find a cab). Here are the places I will be going and I'll add in the names of places I've come up with so far if anyone has any opinions... Roanoke, VA: texas tavern, daily farmer's market LaGrange, GA: Katie's, A Taste of Lemon, Ashley's Diner Newberry, SC: found nothing North Little Rock, AR: help! Paduca, KY: read about a place called Skinheads that seems to have closed Lawton, OK: couldn't find anything Any help would be greatly appreciated!
