Hi Gang. I'm new here and want to share with you some of my eating adventures in Mexico where I'm happily retired. I have a friend who is an excellent cook and who has allowed me to follow her around in her kitchen with my camera. The result has been several pounds added to me and 30+ pages of cooking stories on my website. Come visit with Doña Martha in here kitchen at http://rollybrook.com/kitchen.htm

Hope you enjoy.

      Great looking stuff.
I can't wait to try some. It's the perfect kind of site for the home, unschooled cook.

WooHoo, Rolly you're here. Not only is Rolly's Mexican cooking site beyond a wealth of information, so is the rest of his web site - http://www.rollybrook.com/

Check out his "dictionary" of Mexican food and cooking terms, fantastic!

Wow! This is one of the most comprehensive food websites I've seen. I can't wait to check it out.

That's a really informative webpage! Thanks for sharing -- and perfect timing, too, for the cook-along with Rick Bayless' Mexico One Plate at at Time.
