food tasting / omakase - which restaurants are the best?

I'm looking for a nice restaurant that offers a tasting menu or omasake. I've already looked at the tasting menu at Providence and Sona, but am looking for other options. Mako is closed on the day I want.

        Grace has tasting menus Wednesdays and Thursdays.
