Midtown East pre-fixe lunches?

Anyone have recommendations for good places in Midtown East (I'm at 51st and Lex, don't want to travel too far from here) for a good pre-fixe lunch somewhere, preferably no more than $30 (not including any wine, tax/tip, etc)?

I don't know if buffet lunches count? But they got an Indian buffet on 2nd ave btw 53rd and 54th. I think there is a Mediterranian one on 54th off lex (I think but not sure).

Pampano, on 49th, b/t 2nd & 3rd, serves modern Mexican cuisine with an emphasis on fish. There is a 3-course lunch prix-fixe for $25. While I haven't had lunch there, I have had dinner, and the food is delicious. Good service and pleasing ambiance as well.

Montparnasse, the French bistro, on 51st, b/t 2nd & 3rd, offers a 3-course "Business Lunch" for $19.95. It's been ages since we've eaten there, but I haven't heard anything that indicates the food has gone downhill.
