I'm not sure if they have the flavours you're looking for, but Highland Farms' selection looked very big when I was there recently.

We get our Bengal Spice at Strictly Bulk at Bloor and Ossington. Don't know about Sweet Coconut Thai, but they have a pretty wide selection of Celestial Seasonings. I think Fiesta Farms at Christie and Dupont might have it too.

I lied. No Celestial Seasonings at Fiesta.

There is a Strictly Bulk at Pape and Danforth that has a wide selection of CS tea. I'm interested in the Sweet Coconut Thai!

I see Bengal Spice (one of my personal faves), and many other flavours, all the time at health stores; where you'd go to get your vitamins and supplements. I buy most of my tea at those sorts of places; they tend to have large selections.

I hate to say it, but the cheapest place to buy these teas is in the health food section of wal*mart.
It is way cheaper than anywhere else.
House of spice in kensington market too.
