Oola - What should we order?
Any particular dishes to recommend for dinner? It doesnt look like the foie gras ravioli is served any more.
Also, how are the cocktails?
re: Robert Lauriston
Well, we checked it out last night, and I am sorry to say the food was decidedly lackluster. Nice space (we had the curtained off table upstairs). We had the butternut/caramelized onion soup, which came like a french onion soup with pieces of butternut in it, not like a puree - it was Ok but not what we were expecting. Mac and cheese was also "just ok", as was the swedish meatball dish (undersalted and underflavored). The best dish was the fig and goat cheese tart, but even that was just not great. I didn't have very high expectations, luckily, but this place has a lot of potential, I just don't really get the problem here. However, for just under $100, I expect a much better dinner in this city.
