I can't reply directly

I have been having a problem with replying directly to a post. I thought that problem was resolved,but I guess not.

This is a problem that most users of Internet Explorer 7 are experiencing, unfortunately - the new version isn't working the way previous versions did. You may need to use another browser.

I've had this problem also. The reply box appears, but only halfway, and the "post my reply" button is inaccessible.
