I've had the matzo ball soup at Deli-News Too (North Dallas at 635 and Preston) and thought it was pretty good. It's a light broth with a tennis ball-sized matzo ball in it.

I'm no expert on matzo ball soup but I can say that I enjoyed Deli-News' rendition of it.

You might also try Cindi's, which is another NY-style deli I like.

Deli-News or Deli-News Too are probably your best bet. I like their MB soup more than Cindy's or Bagelsteins.
