Hey - I'm an east coaster who just moved here, and have been hunting for it as well. I don't know if Beverage Warehouse has it, but I found a little liquor store in Santa Monica - on Lincoln near Pico - who does. It is a small store just on the south side of Pico, perhaps at Lincoln & Bay or Lincoln & Grant. I was so excited to see it I grabbed a couple and he cut me a 10% discount. Enjoy.

Modern Spirits also makes a nice rose flavored vodka -- not sure how good it is compared to Shakers though (which I haven't tried).

Bevmo used to carry it and it was great. They seemed to have stopped carrying Shakers in whole now.

I can't say for sure, but Beverage Warehouse in CulverCity/MarinaDelRey-ish has all sorts of random stuff. And is a really fun place to browse -- they have a very wide and interesting variety. And it does show up on their website (I searched for 'rose vodka'), so I would guess that means they have it in the store too?
