I also have most of what's listed but would add turbinado sugar. Also, tamarind paste, good mustards (coarse and fine grain), smoked salt, sesame seeds, chili-garlic sauce, miso paste, sesame oil, soba noodles and a variety of different oils (truffle, roasted peanut, pumpkin seed).
