A good African place in Montgomery County

I had a conversation a while back with someone about a place in Silver Spring that has good African food. I cannot remember the name. Does anyone know of any good African places in Montgomery County that can fit a party of 12-15 on a Sunday evening?

You'd be better off going to Chez Auntie Libe on Georgia Ave and Rittenhouse in DC for much better food including yassa chicken, whole fish with tomatoes, maffe lamb, and cassava leaf stew. Senegalese cuisine, plus you get to practice your French.

You are probably thinking of Roger Miller Restaurant in Silver Spring. You'd have to call about a party that big, its not exactly a cavernous space.
