As the weather cools I find myself craving a dish that includes a fat warm chunk of bone marrow. I don't care what comes with it, since any possible combination will be sure to please! I know several people have had it as part of a tasting menu at Opus and Providence, but it sadly failed to make an appearance when I ate there recently. I suppose I could cave and order Osso Buco at any number of establishments, but I would prefer a more creative offering. Any ideas?

New Concept had a special of bone-marrow/pine-nuts dumplings a while back ... dunno if it is still being offered though.
A little too rich for my blood ...
Maybe you can make a reservation for tasting menu at Opus and specifically request the chef to make one of the dishes bone marrow based.
