Quick solo dinner in Chelsea area tonight

I have just under an hour to kill in Chelsea tonight before an appointment there at 7 PM. I was wondering if anyone had a recommendation for a place I could pop into and grab a quick, cheap (under $20) dinner by myself. Any type of food works, just want something good and not typical fast food.

You can go to the Chelsea Market and find a bunch of food options for under $20. Try the Lobster Place...or the Thai restaurant.

What about La Nacional? Good, reasonably priced Spanish food, with fantastic fried artichokes, and mushrooms in garlicky broth. It's in a totally missable, unassuming spot on 14th St between 7th and 8th Ave, at the site of the Spanish Benevolent Society.

Further uptown, Pars is an Iranian restaurant on 26th, between 7th and 8th. Their service is atrociously scattered, so it might not be your best bet if you're under time pressure, but their appetizers (particularly the Mirsa Ghasemi, a blend of egg, tomato, and delicious smokey eggplant; and the kookoo sabzi, a mixed herb cake) are totally great.

Cafe de Bruxelles. Not technically Chelsea but close (13th and Greenwich Ave). I like the bar area, which is great for solo dining, and a huge pot of mussels and frites costs $16.95

Tia Pol can be done for that price depending on what you order. 10th ave between 22nd and 23rd sts. Excellent Spanish tapas with a nice selection of wine by the glass and sangria.
