What happened to Dojo's?

I walked by the other day and saw it was being gutted. Does anyone know if it is in fact being renovated as the sign says? I love their soy burgers, but not so crazy about the NYU location.

Also, does anyone have a good recipe for the ginger-carrot-sesame dressing they serve?

The W. 4th location always seemed in better shape to me. Nothing spectacular, but you really couldn't beat the deals for a healthy sandwich.
