        <content>Just wondering about the once popular Long Life Noodle Restaurant, and Martin Yan's - Yan Can Restaurant, I used to frequent these two restaurants on a regular basis, but have found both restaurants to lack on service and overall quality of food and presentation. Are they struggling in competing against the other Chinese restaurants nearby in Chinatown (mom &amp; pop), or do customers no longer find the presentation of these Conceptual Chinese fast Casual eateries no longer appealing? Perhaps the novelty is wearing off, sophisticated diners in the bayarea no longer want sweet and sour pork, orange chicken over rice? and spring rolls with sweet and sour sauce...</content>
