I have tried www.blackandwhitecookies.com and they were quite good, all natural and kosher. Not sure if they do minis, but may be worth a shot.

You might try some of the bakeries in skokie (kaufmans or chaims) or west rogers park (north shore bakery or tel aviv) for the smaller black and white cookies - you I know they have the larger ones and I think I have seen the smaller ones there as well-

I believe that Oreos can be purchased in most of the larger supermarkets (Jewel, Dominick's, Treasure Island) as well as many smaller local grocery stores and even some convenience stores (7-Eleven, White Hen, etc.).
