I heard a rumor that Super Sol is opening an East Side store at 93rd Street & 1st Ave? Can anyone confirm this?

There's a sign on a storefront on 92nd St and 1st for a "Kosher Gourmet Market" coming soon. It doesn't say anywhere that it will be associated with Supersol in any way.
