I stumbled across these yummy caramel-filled wafers while in the Netherlands a couple of years ago but cannot find them here at all. Anyone know whether they are available either in White Plains, Portchester or Rye? Or somewhere up to 10 miles from either of these towns? Thanks!

I know it's out of your range, but this bakery in Bennington, VT is known for its stroopwafels. The bakery itself used to be open to the public, but now I think they just do wholesale/catering, and they may do mailorder, but I'm not sure. It may be worth a call to find out. This is the contact info I found on them.
